How long does delivery take?


Digital templates are delivered within 48–72 hours. Physical products arrive within 6–8 days from order to delivery.

How will I receive my order?

Digital products are delivered via email or download link. Physical items are shipped directly to your provided address.

Will I receive tracking information?

Yes. Tracking details will be emailed once your physical order has shipped.

Do you ship internationally?

Currently, physical products ship within the United States only. Digital products are available worldwide.

Customization & Templates

Are the templates customized to my brand?

Yes. All templates are fully customized using your branding, including colors, fonts, and logo.

What branding details do you need from me?

We typically need your logo, brand colors, fonts (if applicable), headshot, and any preferences you’d like us to follow.

Can I reuse the templates?

Yes. Once purchased, you can reuse your templates as often as you’d like for your own marketing.

Can I request edits or revisions?

Yes. Each order includes minor revisions to ensure everything looks right before delivery.

What platform are the templates editable in?

All templates are delivered as editable Canva files, making them easy to update and reuse.

Do I need a Canva Pro account?

No. All templates are compatible with Canva’s free version unless otherwise noted.

Subscriptions

Can I cancel my subscription anytime?

Yes. Subscriptions can be paused or canceled at any time, no long-term contracts.

When will I receive my subscription content?

Subscription deliveries are sent at the start of each billing cycle after customization is complete.

Can I change my subscription plan later?

Yes. You can upgrade, downgrade, or switch plans at any time through your account.

Is unused content rolled over to the next month?

Subscription content does not roll over unless otherwise stated in your plan.

Physical Products

Do physical products include free shipping?

Yes. All physical products include free shipping.

Can I return a physical product?

Yes. Physical products can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Return shipping is covered by the seller.

What if my item arrives damaged?

If your item arrives damaged or defective, we will exchange it for a new one at no additional cost.

Can I exchange a product instead of returning it?

Yes. Exchanges are available for damaged or defective items.

Refunds & Payments

Do you offer refunds on digital products?

Because digital products are customized, refunds are not available once work has begun.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept major credit cards and other payment methods supported by Shopify at checkout.

When will I be charged for my subscription?

You will be charged at the beginning of each billing cycle.

Are taxes included in the price?

Taxes are calculated and applied at checkout based on your location.
